Best-effort fitness (not competition) is the camp culture, and all fitness levels will be comfortable. This camp is considered "absolutely fun" by those who attend--plus it really provides a great foundation for a sporting life, .
It's important to show a child that working out can be fun and should be an everyday part of life. Getting the "exercise bug" imprinted on a child at an early age will reap large benefits as the player gets older. There will be at least one workout a day to work on both strength and endurance along with a kid pitch baseball game. Players will be happily exhausted at the end of the day. Ages 9-12* (Please see note below.)

Hitting Camps: Our famous "Morning Shots" hitting camp focuses on all aspects of batting, including; contact, power, off speed pitches, fastballs and curves. We combine specific instruction with fun hitting games. Players will gain experience with multiple hitting situations, but will always be put in positions where they will succeed. Taking the stress out of failure in the camp atmosphere builds confidence and competence. The player can then take this new confidence into little league or school baseball games. Players at all age and skill levels are welcome.
If this camp is combined with afternoon Bat-N-Ball Games Camp, there will be a supervised lunch time (no charge).

Bat-n-Ball Games Camp: This 3-hour afternoon camp improves baseball skills through fun games. It's often hard for kids to get enough players together to play baseball. We'll show how to play pick-up style games that can be fantastic fun with a few mixed-ability peers. Games (not drills) improve fielding, throwing and hitting skills. Activities include; pepper, wiffle ball, 21, pickle, strike out, flip, three flies up, etc. Players at all age and skill levels are welcome.
If this camp is combined with morning Hitting Camp, there will be a supervised lunch (food not provided).

All Games All Day Camp: Drills allow a player to practice specific skills dozens of times (reps) in a short space of time. But not all kids want to focus so keenly. Some kids just want to play.. after all it's summertime!
This camp is oriented to playing mini-games that use baseball skill subsets, as well as full-fledged baseball games with pitchers, runners, walks. These players love this. Get ready to hear about baseball Olympics, home run derby, etc. This camp is designed to be as fun as possible while still working on individual skills in non-drill formats. Ages 9-12*
