Baseball Class - Fundamentals 

Future Star Baseball offers a baseball class that meets Mondays from 4 PM until 5:30 PM at our batting cage facilities. The class will focus on all aspects of baseball, combining fun games with specific activities.

All ability levels welcome.  Ages 7-10

Class activities will include: 
 
  • Stretching/Plyometrics 
  • Fundamentals of Throwing & Catching 
  • Glove Drills 
  • Individual Defense (infield & outfield) 
  • Team Defense (throwing to the right base, cut-off, force out, etc.) 
  • Base Running 
  • Principles of Hitting (stance and swing) 
  • Hitting Stations 
  • Video Analysis 
  • Games
