Baseball Class - Fundamentals

Future Star Baseball would like to announce a new baseball class. The class will meet Mondays from 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at our batting cage facilities starting January 11th. The class will focus on all aspects of baseball, combining fun games with specific activities. The class is for children ages 7-10. All ability levels welcome.

Class activities will include:

  • Stretching/Plyometrics
  • Fundamentals of Throwing & Catching
  • Glove Drills
  • Individual Defense (infield & outfield)
  • Team Defense (throwing to the right base, cut-off, force out, etc.)
  • Base Running
  • Principles of Hitting (stance and swing)
  • Hitting Stations
  • Video Analysis
  • Games
