This is a benefit for the Piedmont Highlander Baseball Team.
Players and coaches from Piedmont High School Highlander Baseball team will be providing a baseball skills training camp for younger players as a community service project.
Profits from program benefit the high school baseball team.
WHEN: Spring Break
April 9-13
9:00 am to 3:30 PM
WHERE: Witter Field in Piedmont

Your player will learn to improve batting, fielding and sharpen their baseball mindset, including:
-- Hitting for power, stance & pitch selection
-- Infield fundamentals (ground ball form)
-- Outfield flies, cutoffs & relays
Each day includes a wide range of fun skill-building games, many developed in the Future Star Baseball programs. We will also incorporate specific drills that Piedmont Coach Brent Weisbrod uses with his upper level players at Varsity and JV practices.
Each day will start with warm up exercises. Kids will be split in into smaller, skill-level squads and participate in a sequence fast-paced drills before playing an actual game.
There are frequent water breaks and plenty of time for lunch. It is designed for kids aged 6-12 who have energy, love ball, and are ready to have fun.
